Samir El-Alami had seen one too many News Reports about Britain's Pension Time Bomb, one too many TV exposes on Pension Scams, far too many new Government Pension reforms that very few understood, and he has had just about enough of hearing myths and false-truths regarding pensions from members of the general public. He took it on himself, with the aid of a fantastic team of experts, to create this site in order for it to serve as a Pension information resource; free and easily available to all who need, and want, to know about their pension options. Samir wants to make this site a one stop resource for Pension information and to encourage people to take more control of their retirement saving.

Steve has worked as a financial adviser since 1997, specializing in the areas of pensions, savings, investments & protection. With so many products and product providers, Steve’s experience has guided clients in all areas whether they wish to review their pension planning, save for the future tax efficiently or to arrange protection for their mortgage.

Nick Maynard has worked in the financial services sector for the past 20 years.  Nick is a pensions specialist and spends all his time advising clients on their investment strategy pre retirement and their options at and post retirement.

Jennie Kreser heads up the Pension Law Unit at Silverman Sherliker advising sponsoring employers and Trustees of occupational pension schemes on this complex and evolving area of law.  Jennie advises large multi-employer schemes as well as smaller single employer arrangements and has wide experience of both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit schemes. Jennie qualified in 1986 originally as a criminal prosecutor. She sits as a Magistrate in her local justice area and is an Approved Chairman and Deputy Chair of the Bench Training and Development Committee. Jennie was formerly Legal Director of the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority.
